Yorkshire on a Fork

Our popular Yorkshire on a Fork events showcase top regional produce from suppliers that Holdsworth House uses on a regular basis. We think Yorkshire has some of the best producers and at our next event on Wednesday 25th April we'll be showing off the best of Yorkshire lamb.

STARTERS
Mini lamb, mint and rosemary burgers.
Endive, Roquefort, apple and walnut salad.

MAINS
Rolled shoulder of Bolton Abbey lamb, roast vine tomatoes new potatoes, fine beans.
Seared salmon, wilted spinach and Lamb’s leave lettuce, pomme puree.

DESSERTS
Baa baa black sheep chocolate pudding.
Sheep’s milk cheese board, home-made chutney with freshly baked bread and wafers.

Other areas of the hotel will be set for a wedding later that week so if you want to have a one-to-one show round with our duty manager or wedding coordinator, Claire Nicholl, then call us to arrange an appointment for before you eat. Tables available from 6.00pm
